Common evaluation methods include stress analysis, operating condition analysis, tensile strength measurement, welding sink measurement, etc. 
3.1 Stress analysis
The lamp and the body are generally connected by bolts, and the lamp will be stressed and cannot be released during installation, resulting in long-term stress in the lamp. This stress is applied to the welding part, which may cause the welding part to separate. Therefore, in the stage of product design, the stress that may be generated during installation should be simulated and analyzed by simulation software. If the stress is below the safe value, it is judged to be qualified.
3.2 Analysis of operation conditions
In the actual production process of laser welding engineering, it is necessary to consider all kinds of problems that may lead to poor welding. Common problems to be considered include: operation size, laser incidence Angle, laser refraction Angle, light source position, pressure Angle, pressure addition, fixture size tolerance, operator safety, etc. Although the size tolerance of the fixture is small, it can not be ignored. It is closely related to whether the laser can effectively enter the welding part. The design of the product should consider whether the laser can effectively enter the welding part in the whole week without energy loss or even reflection under the limit position deviation state.

3.3 Analysis of tensile strength
As the most common means of transportation, consumers should ensure that the performance of headlights meets the standards under harsh conditions such as high speed driving on bumpy roads. Therefore, even if the air tightness check is qualified, the tensile strength of the welding part needs to be evaluated and analyzed. The evaluation method is as follows: cut the welding part of the headlamp, fix one side, and use the tensile force meter to pull the welding part away from the welding part, to determine whether the force is higher than the safety value.
3.4 Analysis of welding pressing quantity
The parameter setting of laser welding equipment is more complex, time, pressure, displacement will affect the welding quality. The displacement can be measured through the cutting section, and the relationship between the pressing amount and tensile strength can be intuitively judged. The method is to cut the welding section into several parts, and grind the section until the boundary between the two materials can be clearly distinguished, and measure whether the amount of pressing into the melted parts is higher than the safety value. The above four methods can be judged to be qualified for mass production only after they are judged to be qualified at the same time, and the engineering capability value of n=25 or more should be determined for each evaluation content.
