Weld the rotor and stator punching of the motor
In the specific welding process, different and diversified processing technologies such as bonding, welding, buckle and riveting need to be used. The material of motor stator laminate is usually hot rolled or cold rolled silicon steel sheet, which has very good welding properties. 2. Welding of rotor shaft compression ring and rotor shaft
When welding these two components, the welding methods are generally argon tungsten arc welding and carbon dioxide gas welding, but welding will produce large shape variables, and the area affected by heat is also large. Heat wave generated by welding will also affect the magnetic steel in the motor body. If the use of laser welding will increase the density, concentrate energy, speed up, improve efficiency, reduce deformation, heat effect is small. The effect is more obvious.
3 Clutch and rotor shaft welding
When welding these two parts, it is necessary to ensure that the penetration depth of the weld exceeds 4mm. The welding seam can meet the requirements by argon tungsten arc welding and carbon dioxide gas welding, but the shape variable is larger. Other methods will have adverse effects on the accuracy of the workpiece, so low power wire filling laser welding method can be used to improve the precision of parts welding and assembly, and to better control the microstructure and properties of the weld area.
4 Weld the sealed aluminum alloy shell
The connection between the body of the motor and the aluminum alloy shell is usually made of bolts or rivets, so that it can play the role of strengthening and sealing. But the traditional sealing method will gradually weaken because of the aging of the gasket, which has a bad effect on the overall performance of the motor. If the traditional welding method is replaced by seamless welding in the welding process, the weight of the fuselage can be reduced, the production cycle can be reduced, and the sealing performance of the motor can be improved. For other materials, aluminum alloys themselves have poor welding performance, so they need to use laser welding technology or argon tungsten arc welding technology.
